Once a project is scheduled and a deposit is received, the project start date is reserved for that customer. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule - at least 48 hours where possible. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be set out in your written contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material delays, permit delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases and work with you to find an alternative schedule.
Payment terms are set out in your written contract and may include a deposit at signing, progress payments during construction, and a final payment upon completion. Specific payment schedules vary by project size and scope.
Payment is due in accordance with the schedule in your written agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as described in your contract. We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and other methods as agreed in writing.
All work remains the property of Camarillo Sunrooms and Patios until payment is received in full. Liens may be filed in accordance with California law for unpaid balances on completed work.
Camarillo Sunrooms and Patios obtains required building permits for projects that legally require them. Permit timelines are controlled by the relevant local government and are outside our control. Delays caused by permit processing, inspections, or regulatory review are not grounds for cancellation or price reduction.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate information about property ownership, HOA requirements, easements, or other restrictions that may affect the project. Camarillo Sunrooms and Patios is not liable for delays or added costs resulting from undisclosed property conditions or restrictions.
Any warranties on workmanship or materials will be set out in your written contract. Warranty coverage varies by project type and materials used.
To the extent permitted by law, our website and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not warrant that any specific result will be achieved through use of our services beyond what is expressly stated in a signed written agreement.
